Carbon Market today and the carbon market before is not much of a difference, only the Market today has more vendors and is much busier in rush hours. Some high-class people will say that this market is dirty, dangerous, or not good for tourists but for lower-class or middle-class people like me, this place is perfect. Because you can buy anything at a low cost mostly like fruits, veggies, fish or meat. Name it they have it. Cebu Carbon Market has it all.

Carbon Public Market is the oldest and largest farmer’s Market in Cebu City. It’s located in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines and a 5-minute walk to Magellan’s Cross. This Market produces fresh vegetables, fish, fruits, and other selling items you can find it here. They also have eating stalls like Tempora, Siomai, hot dog on a stick, and even okay-okay also known as the UK.
If you are on a tight budget and want to buy some cheap goods then, I highly recommend this place although this place isn’t the cleanest place at all when you are on a tight budget, who cares.
Below is the street view of Carbon Public Market. This image might not be updated and if you have time you can go there and experience it.
I’ve been here many times when I want to buy fresh cheap goodies. Until today I still visit this place every time I will buy fresh fruits and vegetables and fish in this market.
