The Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu is just one of the most beautiful places in Cebu. The staff is extremely accommodating. The beach and pool are both clean and appealing. When we toured the facility, I noticed that it was very clean and well-organized. It’s definitely pricey, but it’s all worthwhile.
