After one week of the new installation, our internet abruptly disconnects. For the entire week, we attempted to contact PLDT support via social media, but none of our attempts were successful. They simply state that they will repair our line as soon as possible, but this is a lie. After one month had passed and the due date had passed, they texted me to inform me that my internet service for my account had been suspended due to an unpaid balance. What? Balance owed?
It’s almost the end of the month, and I received a call from a PLDT technician saying that they would be fixing my internet. They did, but when I tested it, it was severely limited, and the technician told me that I needed to pay my balance in order to get my internet back. He also advised answering the phone and informing them that our line is fixed but restricted.
How could they put a hold on my account when we haven’t had internet for nearly a month? I hope that was clear to all.
NOTE: My account has no balance, and there is no installation fee.
