VECO Triple Charging Rates During Lockdown

During the lockdown from January to October 2021, VECO charged consumers exorbitant electricity rates. Many customers are outraged, but VECO’s response is that the customers must pay or the service will be disconnected.

VECO’s unjustifiable charging has caused problems for their customers, but VECO has made no response. Customers are dissatisfied.

It serves the cities of Cebu, Mandaue, Talisay, Naga and four municipalities of the greater part of Metro Cebu - Liloan, Consolacion, Minglanilla and San Fernando.
