Chowking Consolacion Cebu
I ordered takeout on April 3, 2022, between 11 AM and 2 PM. 1 piece chicken, 1 Chao fan with lumpia, and 1 Chao fan with Shomai, but when I checked, the lady in the collared shirt had forgotten the Toyo Mansi, so I asked her.
Miss nakalimtan nimo ang TOYO MANSI I said. tagaai ko toyo mansi duhaa na lang.
then the lady said. No usa ra akong mahatag
Me: duhaa nlng na miss kay daghan akong gi order.
Lady: Usa ra kay para raman na sa chao fan shomai ang TOYO MANSI.
Me: para toyo mansi ra. Sa uban lagi branch pwd man lagi duhaon.
Lady: oo pwd sa ilaha diri dili kay Franchise man diri.
Me: ha! basta franchise dili pwd d ay? ka tihik ba ninyo or ikw ang tihik?
Lady: mao may memo diri namo nga usa ra jud.
Me: if wala ko mangayo ug TOYO MANSI kalimtan nalang siguro ninyo.

Conclusion
Even at their Ayala Mall branch, whenever I ordered Pork Chao Fan with Shomai, they always forgot to include Toyo Mansi. But the worst thing that has happened to me is Chowking Consolacion. The staff (Lady) is not particularly accommodating. Customer service is very poor.
