Disappointing Experience at Samanth Beach Resort Danao.
This has been my first experience encountering an exceptionally UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE BEACH OWNER. Unfortunately, this owner lacks any consideration for customers, refuses to listen to our concerns, neglects and has no proper beach rules, and consistently prioritizes profit over the well-being of those who have paid to enjoy the beach.
If you’re seeking a place to relax with friends and family, I strongly advise looking for an alternative beach in Danao. The beach owner here is undoubtedly the WORST, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
One of the most frustrating aspects of the visit was the owner’s refusal to listen to customer explanations or concerns. It seemed as though her stance was, “I’m the beach owner, and I’m always right.” Attempts to communicate any issues or seek clarification were met with dismissive responses, creating an atmosphere of frustration and dissatisfaction.
The owner’s unwillingness to consider customer perspectives left me feeling unheard and undervalued. It’s disheartening to encounter a business owner who prioritizes their own opinions over the satisfaction of their customers. A successful business relies on open communication and a willingness to address customer concerns, but unfortunately, this was sorely lacking at Samantha Beach Resort.
The overall impression left by the owner’s attitude was one of ARROGANCE, where the customer’s experience seemed to matter less than the owner’s perception of infallibility.
The purpose of going to the beach is to find tranquility, but this owner manages to disrupt your inner peace.
I highly discourage anyone from choosing this beach.
