The 30,817-square-meter facility is made up of Research and Development (R&D) and Cebu Competence Center (CCC).

Established in 2001, R&D is composed of a diverse and highly skilled powerhouse operating a globally integrated organization with responsibilities for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end software, embedded systems, and hardware.

Established in 2006, CCC is composed of a highly talented workforce operating in the supply chain, finance, services, information technology, and sales and marketing teams. CCC was created under the Global Business Services organization that establishes and manages global, end-to-end processes.
