Globe Telecom, Inc., abbreviated as Globe, is a major provider of telecommunications services in the Philippines. The company operates the largest mobile network in the Philippines as well as one of the largest fixed-line and broadband networks.
Personal Experience with Globe Telecom
During my first three months with Globe Telecom, their service was excellent, but after that, it deteriorated. I had internet drop-outs once a day for weeks until it became three or more drop-outs per day that I couldn’t take, so I called their customer service. They promised to fix the problem, which they did, but the same thing happened again a week later, so I decided to switch ISPs.

Horrible Service
They have departments that do not work together to serve the customer. They will transfer you from one service group to the next. Their systems are not designed to help customers by aligning themselves with information. Their frontline agents lack authority.
Conclusion
In my humble and honest opinion, Globe Telecom is a great provider, but my experience with them has just been terrible.
