Plaza Independencia is significantly located between Fort San Pedro and Casa del Gobierno de Visayas near pier area of the downtown city of Cebu. This tourist destination can easily be found when you are headed to SRP (South Road Properties) because the road from Plaza going to SRP is just connected.
The plaza is a popular hangout for many local Cebuano’s and tourists living in the city. I do come here often and I notice most tourist visited this place are mostly Koreans.
